Seawork SA's wholesale services entail the supply and delivery of:

• bulk orders (minimum 7-24 MT) directly from our factory in Walvis Bay
• wholesale orders (1-6 MT) from our depot in Pretoria to SA clients
• "cash and carry" option from our depot in Silver Lakes, Pretoria.

Pricing on these service levels differ and all clients are invited to contact us by email or phone (see contact page) for current pricing and availability. Some products are seasonal.

	Hake Blocks (Merluccius Capensis & Paradoxus) Boneless hake trimmings are moulded into blocks, quick frozen and then sectioned into approx. 100g portions Grading: Approx. 100g per unit Packaging: 5kg cartons

	Snoek (Thyrites Atun) Flecked, mild cured and slightly salted Grading: ungraded, weight of individual fish varies between 1500 and 3000g Packaging: 10kg cartons (random weight)
	Silver Angel (Brama Brama) Trawl caught fish which is descaled and quick frozen - wholeround Grading: varied, weight of individual fish varies between 600 and 1500g Packaging: 10kg cartons (random weight), interleaved

The following product specifications apply to all the above products:

• the fish is wild caught in the Atlantic (FAQ 47 area)
• no colourants or preservatives are added
• products are preserved through state-of-the-art spiral, blast and plate freezing methods, the cold chain is meticulously the cold chain is maintained throughout at -18°Celsius up to delivery
• all products are palletized
